We're a small business and aim to respond within 24-48 business hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay.  Note, this is subject to change but you will easily be able to identify your options when going to the checkout page. 

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship to US addresses. 

How do I place an order?

We offer exclusive bundles here for purchase on the website. If you prefer to purchase on Amazon, click here to be redirected straight to the product page there.

How long will it take to get my paperback book?

Our order fulfillment partner typically processes the orders within 1-2 business days. We ship using USPS which can take an additional 4-10 business days before it's delivered to you. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days from the time it's shipped for movement to show on your tracking number.

How long will it take to get my e-book?

You should receive instant access to download your e-books upon payment.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our e-books. The goal is for you to walk away feeling empowered to use the concepts homesteading as a means of self-care and self-sufficiency but if you don't feel like the e-books have done their job with this then of course we don't want to keep your money. Just email hello@smallscalehomesteading.com for a refund and be sure to include your order # and the email from which you made the purchase.

Do you accept returns?

We offer returns for our paperback books within 30 days of your date of purchase (i.e. your order date as shown on your email confirmation). Note, you're responsible for return shipping costs. If you'd like to return your paperback book please email us at hello@smallscalehomesteading.com for further instructions. Please be sure to include your order # and the email from which you made the purchase.

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges at this time.
